Sales Representative
The ideal candidate will have an “above and beyond” attitude along with the sales record to match. In this key outside sales position, you will be responsible for prospecting for new business opportunities and upgrading existing customers. You will achieve 100% of quota through implementing creative sales strategies and performing extensive customer needs analyses. To be successful in this position, you must be highly motivated and have a business development mentality –knowledge of the HVAC industry is preferred, but not required. This position reports to the Branch Manager.
- Minimum 3 years successful outside business-to-business sales experience
- Must be a closer with documentation of sales achievements
- HVAC experience a strong plus
- Excellent persuasive and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Clean driving record
